Our house is at 5 minutes walking distance from both the centre of the village and the ski- and walking area. It is situated on a sunny and quiet location with a wonderful panorama viiew on the mountains of the Zillertal region. Cosy sun terrace, garden and children's playground. High mountains, ragged rock faces, wide valleys, fast flowing mountain streams, soft alpine pastures - all this and more can make sport and active holidays in the Zillertal extra special. Almost everything is possible in probably the most active valley in the world! From gentle strolls and guided rafting tours to breathtaking paragliding experiences. Or take pride in conquering one of the mountain summits - the best qualified members of the local mountain climbing clubs offer professional assistance.

Where families and kids are what it's all about. A skiing dream for the whole family: the family-friendly Zillertal ski area offers 21 km of outstandingly groomed slopes, a total of 8 ski lifts, along with two "Magic Carpets" for youngsters hitting the slopes for the very first time. No matter what your favorite winter sports technique, you are certain to find a slope that's perfect for you. Amazing deep-snow slopes are a source of constant excitement, even for the most skilled of skiers.
